1. Are you lawyers?
No, we’re not lawyers and we don’t provide legal advice. We offer strategic letters and guidance that help you communicate clearly, assert your rights, and document your dispute in a professional way. It’s often the first step toward resolution — and yes, some users later bring their cases to legal professionals.
2. Can I edit the letters you send me?
If you purchase LetterBuddy, StrategyBuddy o ProBuddy, yes — you’ll get editable files (PDF/Word).
FreeBuddy letters are pre-written and not editable.
3. Can I send the letter myself?
Absolutely. You’ll receive everything via email, ready to be printed and mailed, or copy-pasted into an email.
You handle the sending — we give you the tools.
4. Will you send the letter for me?
No. We don’t offer a delivery service.
You’ll receive the letter directly in your inbox, and you decide how and when to send it — by mail, email, upload, etc.
5. What if my issue doesn’t fit any of your categories?
Choose StrategyBuddy or ProBuddy and describe your case in the form. We’ll adapt the strategy and/or letter to your specific situation — even outside the standard categories.
6. Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the custom and digital nature of the service.
But if there’s something off or missing, we’re happy to revise and fix it with you.
7. Is this service available outside Florida?
At the moment, we only operate in Florida, due to specific local laws.
Expansion to other states is in the works.
8. When will I receive my letter?
Delivery times vary depending on demand and complexity.
Most requests are completed within 24–72 business hours.
If you purchase ProBuddy, your request is handled with priority within 24h, but final delivery may still take longer based on your case.
9. Can I use this in court?
These letters are not official legal filings, but they can help demonstrate that you tried to resolve the issue professionally.
Many users use them to show intent, seriousness, and credibility — which can help if legal action becomes necessary.
10. What if I need help urgently?
All cases are handled in the order they’re received, including urgent ones.
We don’t charge extra for rush handling — but we cannot guarantee instant delivery. If there’s high volume, it may take longer.
We recommend planning ahead when possible.
